NGA Center establishes State Alliance for e-health
The National Governors Association Center for Best Practices (NGA Center) announced that soon centre will establish State Alliance for e-Health. Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen and Vermont Gov. Jim Douglas will oversee the efforts to improve the nation’s health care system from the effective and efficient use of health information technology (HIT). The State Alliance will provide a nationwide forum from which stakeholders can work together to identify inter and intra based HIT policies and explore the solutions of health information. According to Gov. Bredesen, the State Alliance will provide electronic health information.
