KDLOA launches livelihoods projects for HIV/AIDS people
Krishna District Lorry Owners Association (KDLOA) has begun the lifeline project, named Surakshita Project for HIVAIDS people. The Surakshita Project will help people living with HIV/AIDS funded by Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). The CAF has provided loans to beneficiaries to set up small businesses so that they can live on their own. It was aimed at providing livelihood support to the affected families. The chief objective under lifeline project is to satisfy the primary needs of those who hail from poor families and are struggling to eke out a living.
