OpenMED finalist for Stockholm Challenge Award

The project OpenMED (https://openmed.nic.in) has been selected as finalist for  the Stockholm Challenge Award 2008 in the Health Category for 2007; this is the 2nd year in a row (last in 2006).

Currently this is the only archive in the world in the area of medical sciences and covers publications related to tuberculosis since 1952! This is also the only archive in the world that uses Medical Subject Headings (MeSH).
