Disease Management Association soon in India
In an effort to control proliferation of chronic diseases in the country, a group of healthcare professionals has devised a new non-profit organization, Disease Management Association of India (DMAI) to propagate disease management concept and tools all over the country. The new association, in lines with the Disease Management Association of America (DMAA), is currently in the final stage of incorporation and will commence activities in April 2008.
