TriTech buys Health Care Technology Firm

San Diego-based TriTech Software Systems has entered into an agreement to acquire Ortivus North America, from Ortivus AB, including both its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries. Ortivus is a developer of electronic patient care reporting, billing, dispatch, personnel and vehicle tracking, and other products for the public safety market. TriTech said the acquisition will help in addressing pre-hospital care operations, administration and capabilities that were previously not offered. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
