HCG, Total join hands to fight breast cancer
Commemorating ‘Pink October Month 2010’ in the true spirit, HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd. (HCG), South Asia’s largest cancer care network that has been a frontrunner in creating awareness on breast cancer, today initiated another drive on breast cancer. The oncology major has partnered with Total hypermarket as part of the Pink Hope breast cancer awareness campaign. This campaign aims to reach out to the masses and instill awareness about breast cancer & that it is a disease that if diagnosed early can be managed well .As part of its CSR initiative Total has provided a platform to reach out to the people and support HCG in this noble cause. Merchandise like pink umbrellas, pink ribbons, tees, pendants etc would be channeled and sold at different Total malls in Bangalore city, and the funds raised by the sale of Pink Hope Merchandise will go into HCG Foundation to treat Breast Cancer Patients.
