Reduced costs for life saving vaccines
The cost of life saving vaccines is reduced from the world’s largest vaccine manufacturers from the US, UK and India. This will further help the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation to vaccinate a lot more children across the developing world at a much lower cost. In the conference on June 13, India-based firms Serum Institute and Panacea Biotec have committed to price reductions on their pentavalent vaccines. Serum lowered its price to $1.75 per dose
