Sun Pharma Seeks Potential in Punjab
In focus to bring Ranbaxy facilities to compliance, Sun Pharma sees immense opportunities for expanding its operations in Punjab.
According to Dilip Shanghvi, MD, Sun Pharma while addressing Investors Summit said that the company has aggressive plans to grow not only in India but globally. The company sees huge opportunities in expanding its manufacturing sector in Punjab.
He further added that post the acquisition of Ranbaxy significant investments have been made in manufacturing in Punjab. The prime focus is to bring facilities of Ranbaxy back to compliance so that these investments start producing returns.
Dilip Shanghvi also batted for investments in the state which creates employment and high quality jobs for the youth of country.
