Haryana to constitute medical lab technician council
Taking note of the demand raised by the Haryana Lab Technician Association, Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij has announced to establish a medical lab technician council.
Vij said that the state government was serious looking into the lab technician association’s demand to amend the law on verification of their investigation report by a doctor.
To make an amendment in the existing Act, the Haryana government is studying the provisions provided in an Maharshtra Act.
The Haryana Health Minister made this announcement in a blood donation camp. He said that all government hospitals in Haryana are being provided with international standard medical equipment and at least 580 types of medicines and diagnostic tests are available free of cost.
