Fortis Healthcare CFO Gagandeep Singh Bedi quits
Chief Financial Officer of Fortis Healthcare Gagandeep Singh Bedi on Thursday resigned from his post citing personal reasons.
In a BSE filing, the healthcare chain announced that the Board of Directors of company approved Bedi’s resignation and he will be in service till September 30.

Bedi, who joined Fortis in 2011 from Philips Healthcare, Netherlands, is the first senior utive to leave from the company post-sale to IHH Healthcare. He was made CFO in 2014 after Sandeep Puri had quit from the post.

In July, Fortis Board had approved Rs 40 billon offer from Malaysia-based IHH Healthcare to buy 31 percent stake in the company. The proposal has received shareholders nod this month.
