AIIMS Defers MD, MDS, MS and Other Exams
In the light of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has announced that it will postpone professional examinations for its various courses for the 2021 academic semester. AIIMS, Delhi has postponed its MS, MD, MDS, DM, MCh, MSc Nursing, MSc, and M Biotechnology professional courses. It has also postponed viva voce as well as practical examinations for the 2021 fellowship programmes.
AIIMS, Delhi had scheduled these examinations beginning on June 1. It had scheduled practical, clinical, and viva-voce examinations of the fellowship programmes from June 10 to 18. It, however, has deferred these examinations and it will announce the new dates later.
As per a statement of AIIMS, the dates for conducting these examinations and viva voice fellowship programme will be announced in due course of time.
AIIMS had also postponed INI-CET 2021 or the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test owing to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country.
