Covid-19 Vaccine Jabs for Kids in India Likely by September: AIIMS Director Dr Randeep Guleria
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Director Dr Randeep Guleria has reportedly said that kids in the country will start getting the Covid-19 vaccine jabs by September. He told NDTV, that Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin, Pfizer, and Zydus Cadilla’s ZyCoV-D are some of the available Covid vaccines considered safe for kids.
No Corona vaccine has been permitted for children below the age of 12 years anywhere in the world until now. India is the lone country that is administering vaccines to people of the age of 18 years and above.
