Jharkhand’s CM Hemant Soren Requests Union Health Minister Mandaviya to Address ‘Under-representation’ of Locals at AIIMS Deoghar
Hemant Soren, Jharkhand’s Chief Minister, in a letter, has requested the Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to address the issue that he termed as under-representation of the local populace of the eastern state in the staff strength at Deoghar’s AIIMS (All India Institute of Medicals Sciences).
Sharing the details of the letter on Twitter, CM Soren said, For Jharkhand, especially in and around Santhal Pargana, AIIMS Deoghar will be a platform of excellence in both medical education & public health. However, I have raised my concerns with @mansukhmandviya ji on under-representation of our local people in the employment of staff in AIIMS.”
