Rajasthan to Open Medical Colleges in Every District: CM Ashok Gehlot
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the state government will ensure to open medical colleges in every district. He added that all necessary conditions have been met to realise the goal. Gehlot stressed the initiative of the government for improving medical facilities in cities and villages of the north-western state.
Rajasthan is swiftly moving ahead in the direction of building medical colleges in every district of the state, the Rajasthan CM said as he laid the foundation of ICUs at 17 hospitals in the state’s 11 districts. According to Gehlot, the state has taken steps for establishing medical colleges in 30 districts in the government sector and is awaiting approval for setting up government medical colleges in Rajasthan’s remaining three districts.
