Dr Alvin B Marcelo
Director National Telehealth Center of the University of the Philippines Dr. Alvin B. Marcelo is a general and trauma surgeon by training but has since diversified into health informatics. He is presently the Director of the National Telehealth Center of the University of the Philippines, Manila; and concurrently, the Node Manager for IOSN ASEAN+3 (International Open Source Network). He is also the Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of the Philippines.
