Eli Lilly Unveils New Pre-Filled Insulin Delivery Pen

A new insulin delivery device, the Humalog KwikPen, a pre-filled pen that contains Humalog (Insulin Lispro, rDNA origin) brand of insulin has been launched by Eli Lilly and Company. The Humalog KwikPen requires less force to administer and is shorter than other pre-filled pens. The device comes pre-filled with 300 units of insulin.
