JBCPL gets Malta Medicines Authority’s nod
Medicines Authority of Malta has awarded European Goods Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Approval to the formulation facilities of JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd (JBCPL) located in Panoli, Gujarat.
In a statement, Drugmaker JBCPL today said, The inspection is an outcome of a successful cGMP inspection carried out in September-October 2017..
GMP conforms to the guidelines recommended by agencies that control authorisation and licensing for manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products.
According to the statement, capsules, liquids, semi-solids and tablets are found to be GMP compliant for manufacturing and testing.
The company adds, Addition of other dosage forms will open the door of Europe as well as PIC/S market for these formulations manufactured at companys state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities situated at Panoli.
The approval is said to be valid in the entire European Union.
