Japan’s Mitsubishi Corp to invest Rs 100 cr in SastaSundar Healthbuddy
Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation has inked a commercial agreement with SastaSundar Healthbuddy, one of the leading digital networks of healthcare in India. As per the deal, the former will invest Rs 100 crore in digital platform.
Supported by a network of Physical Counselling and Service Centres called “Healthbuddies”, SastaSundar ensures an integrated supply chain of Pharma & Wellness Products and Services.
It has also innovated personal health tech solutions to provide personalised services using technology, according to a statement issued on Monday.

Recently, Japan’s Rohto Pharmaceuticals had also invested Rs 70.49 crore in digital platform.
“The global experience of Mitsubishi Corporation will help us to scale our business,” B L Mittal, SastaSundar’s Founder and Executive Chairman was quoted as saying by ANI.

“Between us, there is a match of the mission of the social objective behind the business. This is a solid partnership for the future and for making the lives of millions healthy and happy,” he said.
“The partnership with Mitsubishi Corporation will help us to connect global resources with local care. It is a milestone in our journey to expand our operations in India,” Founder and CEO Ravi Kant Sharma added.
