Union Health Secretary to Brief Opposition Leaders at 6 PM Today on Covid-19
Rajesh Bhushan, the union health secretary, will reportedly address the leaders of political parties at 6 PM today. In presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he is expected to give presentations on the Covid-19 pandemic and its management.
Earlier Opposition leaders had demanded that the state of the pandemic in the country should be discussed on the floor of the house as the Parliament is in the session. They had also said that the opposition parties wanted to hear the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Covid-19 pandemic and related issues in the Parliament.

Meanwhile, the country registered 30,093 fresh Corona cases in the last 24 hours. This is the lowest in 125 days. India’s active caseload reportedly is 4,06,130, the lowest in 117 days, besides its active cases comprises 1.30% of the total Covid cases.
