Intel launches health gadget to monitor illnesses from home
Intel is coming up with several pilot healthcare programmes, including Aetna, to assess how the Health Guide works in the home. Intel is also working with the American Heart Association to develop care plans for patients who have suffered heart attacks.

Intel Corp, the world’s biggest computer chip maker, recently won clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration to sell an in-home health monitoring system for patients with chronic conditions.
